Members of the WD-repeat Family of Proteins
We provide here a list of the WD-repeat proteins that we identified in the following databases, as well as alignments of the WD-repeats of each member of this family. Our alignments/predictions of beta-strands are based on the only tertiary structure available for this family, that of the beta subunit of the G protein (see references [3] & [4]).
